Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions below apply for reservations made by an individual, private person. The hotel apartments reserve a right to apply special terms and conditions that differ from these in case of public holidays, special events, seasonality or additional services require so.

1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

When reserving a room your name, address, arrival- and departure time and method of payment are required. A room reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received a reservation confirmation number. The hotel is entitled to apply different kinds of rules such as reservation fee or credit card guarantee in order to secure the reservation.

2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The check-in time starts from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day the room must be vacated by close to 11.30am.

For any late arrivals after the check in time, it is requested below for the customer/guest to inform beforehand on the provided number in order to avoid inconvenience.

*Early check-in and late check-out are available but it is subject to availability.

3. MODE OF PAYMENT

Any booking comes through Booking.com or Expedia the payment is pre-paid by credit card for direct customers, payment can be made using the credit card, payment gateway link, deposit in the bank account or demand draft before the due date.

For new customers it is required to pay 30 to 40% of the payment beforehand and then later clear the amount upon arrival.

4. GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY ON DAMAGE

All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in the future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.

As a guest you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you, your guest in the hotel room or in hotel premises. This applies also to the hotel furniture and other equipment, other guests in the hotel or their property.

*Please note for any damage found in the property hence you will be charged 100 Euros

5. PETS NOT ALLOWED

Pets shall not be allowed. NO PETS. No animal, bird, fish, reptile and/or a pet of any kind shall be kept on or about the premises, for any amount of time. No guest shall bring any animal.

6. RESPONSIBILITY ON YOUR VALUABLES

Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.

7. GUEST BEHAVIOUR IN THE HOTEL

We follow good manners and hotel rules at the hotel. In case of breaking these rules, you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.

For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private hotel premises such as hotel rooms and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.

8. PARKING AREA

The Hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The hotel is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and the hotel is not responsible for the property kept in there.

9. CANCELLATION AND NO ARRIVAL

Unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation, unless the rate confirmed or the reservation period includes special terms, the room can be cancelled until 24 hours on the day prior to arrival without a fee.

10. NEATNESS & HYGIENE

Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advise duly provided by the Hotel and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.

11. RENTING HOTEL ROOMS FOR MINORS

Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make a reservation. The adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor, whether he or she accommodates with the minor or not. An underage person travelling alone will need a letter of consent signed by a guardian. The letter has to include the minor’s name, birthday and dates of arrival and departure. The name and contact information of a guardian are also required.
