Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Enrollment

Everyone can apply to our program which can be a frequent business traveler, or a leisure guest. To join the Baz Tower Rewards Program, a form is required to be filled in.

Guest filling the form at the reception must present a valid IC Card in order to get the form and people outside EU must present their passport and *you must be over 18 years.

After joining the program, the Member will receive online communications or email updating to the Points statements, program promotions, hotels information and services.

2. Membership Level

Here are 3 guest membership levels, within the Baz Tower Rewards:

  • Bronze Member Level – Opening to anyone who would like to be part of Centre Point Family.

  • Silver Member Level – Members to have 2500 points

  • Gold Member Level – Members to have 1,2500 points

  • Platinum Member Level – Exclusive Members only by invitation

3. How to earn points

You simply have to stay with us and for each euro you pay you get 1 point. Points will be added in your account and you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

4. What to do with points

As points get added in your account, you will qualify and unlock unique benefits and gifts, which can be free stay, gifts, discount voucher and many more valuable rewards.

    Remarks

  • Earned points are valid only after the accommodation payment is received.

  • Rewards are available exclusively for registered Baz Tower Rewards Members only.

  • If guests early check out/terminate, point will be calculate based on the actual accommodation payment.

  • The third parties are not eligible under any circumstances.

  • Points and rewards are not refundable.

  • Expired points are neither refundable nor carried forward.

5. Member Account Issues

In case, Member found that Points were not credited as expected, Member can contact directly via email at info@baztower.com. For Points to be credited, the invoice matching to the claim must be in the name of recording Points on the Member’s account. Process of Points claim will spend 90 days following on check out date.

6. Room Upgraded

Room Upgrades are subject to availability.

7. Data Privacy

Personal information regarding the Member is collected by Centre Point Corporate Marketing Team.

Other Information

Baz Tower reserves the right to substitute selected rewards / benefits and privileges for an equal value in products or services, in the event such products or services are unavailable.
