How can I book?

We propose you to make your reservation through our official website, or by telephone by calling the hotel or through booking or expedia.com

Are Pets Allowed?

We know that your best friend is very important to you but, due to hygiene and security reasons in our hotels and apartments, pets are not allowed.

What is the time of check-in and check-out of the hotel?

As a general rule, the Check-In is from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm and the Check-Out must be done before close to 11.30am.

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?

Yes, in our hotel apartment you can enjoy free Wi-Fi.

What is linen and damage policy?

Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains and other cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the extent and severity of the damage. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning, repair, or replacement charges for stained walls, vomit, blood and food stain on linens, and broken furniture and fittings. The exact cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Manager in charge.

Can I cancel my reservation?
